Cleaning & Grounds Supervisor
We are looking to recruit a full time Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to support a Social Housing contract in the Chelmsford, Essex and surrounding areas.
1. 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
2. 40 hours per week
A company vehicle will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
3. To supervise and motivate cleaning and grounds maintenance operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
4. To effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system and carry out quotes
5. Ensure works are delivered to the required standards
6. To represent the business and meet client representatives on sites
What are we looking for?
7. UK Manual Driving Licence
8. Experience managing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams.
9. IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
10. Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
