Customer Solutions Advisor
Location: Melmerby, HG45NB
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm)
Hourly rate: £12.37
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities
* Understanding the full range of products (Gift Cards and Confectionery) and services to respond to customer enquiries, provide information and support promotional campaigns.
* Providing an excellent level of customer support.
* Effectively utilizing the in-house automated information systems.
* Building relationships to win support for the benefit of the business.
* Working successfully with others—valuing and utilizing different skills of colleagues across the organization.
* Communicating clearly and concisely, promoting free-flowing communication.
* Identifying and escalating priority issues.
* Following up customer calls/emails where necessary.
* Working efficiently during peak periods while maintaining exceptional standards of customer service.
* Carrying out other reasonable duties as required by the employer.
* Providing cover in the event of staff shortages in other areas of the company.
* Performing general office administration.
* Being responsible for health and safety in your work area.
