This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in shaping planning operations, leading a team, and driving on‑time delivery performance in a complex, high‑quality manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities: Adhere and align to the Master Production Schedule (MPS) Fine-plan and schedule supply orders internally according to demand priorities and inventory targets Mitigate past due orders through expediting Manage constraints and re-sequence/re-route production orders to minimise deviation from MPS Escalate execution issues to the Network Scheduler team when necessary Identify inefficiencies in the team and streamline workloads for optimal effectiveness Establish an effective tier meeting structure within the department for efficient information flow Utilise Talenthub to support and develop Production Schedulers Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders Implement inventory management to meet targets and ensure on-time delivery Identify and manage static inventory to optimise levels and material velocity Attend and manage Tier 1 activity and attend Tier 2 when necessary Act as a delegate to the Material Operations Manager when required Job Requirements: Experience in Materials Planning or Master Scheduling Extensive knowledge ...
