Our service offering includes: Social, Paid, Creative and Influencer.

🏠 Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model where team members come to the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week - although there is the option to work from the office more if you prefer. Our team loves working collaboratively, but also likes the option and balance of working from home.

What we're looking for
We’re looking for a true social creative who understands how to produce engaging social media content (design/video). You’ll have strong creative and visual storytelling skills and be technically proficient in graphic design and short-form video editing.
The content you produce will be distributed in organic and paid channels, so knowing what engages users and is culturally relevant to them for organic, whilst also understanding direct-response design to convert people from click to customer.
You will work closely with our Associate Creative Director, as well as working closely with other designers and editors within the team.
We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented designer/editor seeking a place to grow and develop their skills in bringing social creative concepts to life for exciting global brands and fast-growth scale-ups.
A keen eye for detail and a love of social media are essential for this role, as is the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the designer and editor for brands, producing assets for organic social for feed and story posts to drive engagement, and performance-driven statics for paid social creative.
* Support in shaping the look & feel and design guidelines for our clients.
* Contribute strategic recommendations to optimise our content ideas and designs, to continuously improve and push the boundaries of our design delivery.
* Support our New Business team in presentation design, brand look and feel and mock-ups.
Requirements
Experience and Knowledge
* A minimum of 4+ years in industry, with a strong portfolio that showcases your best social and digital design skills in both graphic and video editing.
* Strong experience within the Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and Premiere Pro - as well as experience with Canva.
* A good understanding of design principles, such as colour theory, typography, design layout, composition and user experience.
Salary
£33,000 to £37,500 depending on experience.
