Title Specialist I, Merchant Implementation VAR & Merchant Implementation Reports to Manager, Merchant Implementation Position Overview The Specialist I, Merchant Implementation will focus on proactively helping the customer succeed. They will partner with the merchant post-sale and perform onboarding, system implementation, and training. They will be able to preemptively and proactively identify and address problems that prevent merchants from reaching their goals. They will create real-time visibility into core issues and coordinate resources to help customers overcome challenges. The primary focus of our Merchant Implementation Specialists will be to get merchants to process transactions quickly and efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities Onboard and Train Merchants on Payroc Products and Services Book installation and training appointments Collaborate with sales agents and internal teams Monitor processing and non-processing merchants Identify gaps and contribute to process improvement to decrease MTTP Maintain in-depth knowledge of functionalities for all systems used by the Merchant Implementation team Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Finance is preferred Experience in a client facing, support or technical role Problem solving and troubleshooting skills Professionally manages difficult or emotional merchant facing situations Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills Time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask Bilingual in Spanish preferred Travel Component N/A Job Classification Salaried Equality Monitoring At Payroc, we're committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where everyone has the support they need to thrive.
