Full time, Welwyn Garden City, £26,000 - £27,500

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well‑organised person with technical experience or a willingness to learn technical support to join our amazing Customer Service team.


In Return, the Customer Service Administrator Can Expect

* Competitive salary of £26,000 – £27,500
* 20 days annual leave, rising to 25 days after completion of your first year (pro‑rata)

The Role

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Service Administrator you will be a key member of the team delivering outstanding customer service and technical support to our business clients. The role blends 1st & 2nd line support with responsible administration, requiring excellent telephone manner and accurate admin skills.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide support to corporate clients on a wide variety of mobile and fixed line enquiries via phone and email
* Deal with network providers to resolve technical queries (full training will be provided)
* Liaise with suppliers for quotations and general enquiries
* Process new business for mobile and fixed line services
* Proactively manage projects
* Support the sales team
* Handle general office administration duties, including updating databases
* Produce monthly and ad‑hoc client reports in Excel (full training will be provided)


Skills & Experience Required

* Enthusiastic with a can‑do attitude
* Technical experience or willingness to learn technical support
* Accurate with good attention to detail
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team
* Willingness to learn new tasks
