Role:
Leadership position with overall responsibility for designing, leading and subsequently implementing a comprehensive IT Risk, Control and IT Governance strategy and associated frameworks.
Operating at SLT, this role will ensure a secure first line of defence on behalf of Group IT and Change.
This role comes with a team consisting of IT Risk, IT Governance, IT Controls and IT Testing. You will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of IT Controls in line with industry ITIL & COBIT which will detect, prevent and monitor on risks across Group IT.
Experience/background:
* Demonstrable experience operating at Senior Manager, Head of within a reputable, high-profile brand
* Track record in leading the delivery of IT risk and control assurance
* CxO stakeholder management experience, and ability to influence and support in navigating change
* Experienced budget management (£MM), with exposure in multi-supplier environments
* Ability to lead and deliver on high-profile programmes
* Track record in leading a GRC function
The role is based x1 day per week in the HQ, so we’re flexible on location around the UK.
