Superior Healthcare is seeking Rapid Response Nurses to join our Complex Care Team, supporting adults and children across West and Mid Kent. This is a permanent position where you will provide clinical support in clients’ homes when their regular team members are unavailable. You will work with clients living with a wide range of life-limiting conditions, including: Congenital conditions from birth Degenerative conditions Spinal injuries Acquired brain injuries You will also support clients requiring interventions such as: Tracheostomy Ventilation Gastrostomy Bowel management Seizures Responsibilities Deliver high-quality complex care in clients’ homes Work to a two-week rota with regular hours (days and nights available) Provide last minute cover when needed Assist with training and induction of Healthcare Assistants and Nurses Ensure continuity of care and clinical excellence Shift Pattern – 8–12 hour shifts Week 1: Mon, Thu, Fri Week 2: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun Week 3: Mon, Thu, Fri Week 4: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun Pay & Benefits £26–£31 per hour Full-time salary equivalent: £47,646 (Days) – £57,562 (Nights) Opportunity for overtime to increase earnings Supportive team environment with ongoing professional development Candidate Preferences Our clients prefer nurses who have: A strong background in complex care Female applicants Clear communication skills Ability to fit seamlessly into a community setting Happy to work with adults and children No pet allergies (many clients have pets!)
