Purpose of the Role:
The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in assisting the Group Financial Controller with all aspects of financial control and reporting. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information while supporting a variety of ad-hoc tasks to enhance overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will focus on achieving the following outcomes:
* Monthly & Quarterly Reporting: Assist in producing comprehensive management reports for both our US parent company and internal stakeholders, engaging in timely business performance analysis and departmental cost reviews.
* Financial Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of our financial data, conducting thorough reviews and investigations of variances, and maintaining clean balance sheet reconciliations.
* Forecasting & Budgeting: Contribute to monthly, annual, and rolling forecasts, and lead the annual budgeting process for overhead expenditure, ensuring alignment with group deadlines.
* Cost Oversight: Provide insightful analysis regarding costs and margins to enhance financial decision-making across the company.
* Statutory Reporting Compliance: Prepare and ensure all statutory reports are accurate and timely, supporting external audits and providing necessary tax analyses.
* SOX Compliance: Maintain and update internal audit documentation processes to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, reinforcing our commitment to regulatory compliance.
* Account Ownership: Take full ownership of all accounting and reporting aspects for Masco Consolidations Ltd, driving accountability and performance.
* Team Support: Provide essential support to the Group Financial Controller on various ad-hoc financial tasks, contributing to the team's overall success.

Qualifications:
* ACCA/CIMA qualified
* 5 years experience in a finance management role or similar position.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance standards.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Proficient in financial software and reporting tools.
* Advanced Excel and analytical skills
