Salary: £39,862-£44,075 per annum
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week

Do you have the vision to improve the health and wellbeing of our communities? An exciting opportunity is available for a leisure professional looking to join one of the region’s leading leisure facilities and service providers.
You will be part of the management team working closely with the Head of Leisure to drive standards and business performance, with a focus on community health and wellbeing.
You will provide leadership and support in developing the community wellbeing, fitness and aquatic programmes, delivering an innovative and diverse programme that creates opportunities for all abilities to access leisure and increase the levels of participation, tackle inactivity and exclusion. This is a new post, and you will be able to make a real difference to the wellbeing of our community.
Required Skills & Experience
* Significant experience of working in leisure, health, social care or related environments.
* A relevant qualification such as in public health and wellbeing or equivalent knowledge gained through industry experience.
* Experience working in a management role, leading and developing a team, contributing to strategic developments within a programme, organisation, or projects.
* Experience and successful track records of planning and delivering growth and development of projects.
* Experience in leading and supporting a team and building external partnerships.
