As we prepare to launch in Bristol, we’re looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team and keep our kitchen running smoothly. About The Role As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organised, and efficient. You’ll assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and basic food preparation, contributing to the smooth operation of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and managing waste. Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient organisation. Support chefs by keeping equipment and tools clean and ready for use. Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Help with deliveries, stock organisation, and recycling efforts. Collaborate with the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure a seamless service. What We’re Looking For A positive, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under direction. Kitchen experience is preferred but not essential—enthusiasm and a strong work ethic matter most!
