Urgently Required
I am urgently seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join a busy housing team on a temporary basis.You’ll act as the first point of contact for residents, handling a wide range of enquiries including repairs, rent and housing queries, while delivering a professional and empathetic service.Key duties:
* Managing inbound calls and emails
* Resolving customer queries at first contact where possible
* Raising and scheduling repairs accurately
* Providing a high-quality, customer-focused service
What we’re looking for:
* Previous customer service or call centre experience
* Ideally, experience within the housing sector
* Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
The role:
* 37 hours per week (rota-based hours)
* Hybrid working (home and office split, flexibility required)
* Temporary opportunity within a supportive team
* Is required on a temporary basis until the end of June 2026
