About the Role:
Working in our busy mixed NHS and Private practice, you'll gain experience across both clinical and reception duties. You will support a team of dental professionals delivering a wide variety of treatments in a patient-focused, modern practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing surgeries ahead of appointments
* Assisting clinicians with instruments and equipment
* Preparing and mixing dental materials
* Supporting implant and oral surgery procedures
* Reassuring and assisting patients
* Maintaining stock and supplies
* Managing reception duties, including greeting patients and handling calls
* Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
What We're Looking For:
* GDC registered or experience in dental field
* Professional and motivated with a commitment to continuous development
* Motivated and eager to learn
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, team-oriented, and patient-focused
* Organised with basic IT knowledge
* Background in customer service is desirable
