Location: Near Daventry/Banbury
Contract Basis: Permanent

As a Technical Buyer, you will take ownership of a defined spend portfolio, driving strategic procurement activities and ensuring seamless material flow across a highly collaborative, cross-functional setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Buyer:
* Lead sourcing activities, commercial risk management, and supplier negotiations for global production commodities
* Drive cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining supply continuity
* Develop and implement robust commodity and supplier strategies aligned to business objectives
* Manage supplier relationships to maximise performance across cost, quality, and delivery
* Support vehicle development through effective procurement planning and execution
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver procurement input into programme and project milestones
* Process and manage purchase orders to support production and launch requirements
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain activities
Hours: 08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday
