Solicitor – Agricultural & Commercial Property Location: Nantwich, Cheshire (Hybrid Working Available) PQE: 3 Years An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor with 3 years’ PQE to join a well-established law firm in a dual role across Agricultural and Commercial Property Law. This position offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues while developing expertise in two dynamic and growing practice areas. The Role You will manage a broad range of matters including: Agricultural tenancies, grazing agreements and succession planning Estate reviews, land acquisitions and disposals Option agreements, wayleaves, easements and infrastructure projects Green energy and development work Commercial property acquisitions, disposals and secured lending Landlord and tenant matters, including commercial leases You will collaborate with colleagues across both departments and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
