**Steward – Bristol Cricket Ground | Customer Service & Crowd Management Role**

What you’ll be doing:
6. Providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests and answering queries promptly and politely
7. Managing crowd flow effectively to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies
8. Monitoring entrances and exits to control access and prevent overcrowding
9. Assisting with emergency procedures and ensuring visitors follow health and safety guidelines
10. Reporting any incidents to the appropriate teams promptly
11. Collaborating with other stewards and security personnel to deliver a seamless event experience
What we’re looking for:
12. Availability 21st and 25th June, 7hr shifts
13. Availability 23rd and 27th June, 10 hr shifts
14. Friendly, approachable attitude with a customer-focused mindset
15. Ability to remain calm and confident in busy or challenging situations
16. Experience in customer service, crowd management or stewarding is desirable but not essential – full training given
17. Good communication skills and a keen eye for detail
18. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days at the Bristol Cricket Ground (Bristol location)
