We will rely on you to ensure case management is accurate, complete, and audit-ready. We will ask you to gather robust evidence and compile high-quality case histories. We will need you to proactively identify risks and address record gaps ahead of our regulatory audit. We will expect you to manage completion dates and chasers to maintain 100% compliance with Ombudsman timeframes. We will ask you to act as the professional first point of contact for the Housing Ombudsman Service.
