The role
We're working with a highly successful premium British lifestyle brand as they look to hire a Personal Brand & Social Media Lead to support the continued growth of their profile across social media and digital channels.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong content creation and social media experience who enjoys storytelling, brand building and creating aspirational content across lifestyle, fashion, business and entrepreneurial audiences.
You'll be responsible for capturing and creating engaging content across a variety of settings including business activities, events, travel, lifestyle moments and behind-the-scenes brand activity. You'll transform these experiences into high-quality content that strengthens audience engagement, drives growth and enhances an already established brand.
A key part of the role is content creation and execution. You'll attend meetings, events, photoshoots and travel commitments, capturing photography and video content in real time before editing and publishing engaging content across key social media platforms. This role would suit someone who naturally spots content opportunities and understands how to create content that feels both authentic and premium.
You'll also take ownership of social media management, including content planning, scheduling, copywriting, community management and performance monitoring. Using platform insights and analytics, you'll continually identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and overall content performance.
Alongside day-to-day content delivery, you'll contribute to content strategy by developing new ideas, monitoring emerging social trends and identifying opportunities to grow audience engagement and commercial partnerships.
This is a highly visible role requiring discretion, professionalism and flexibility.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience managing social media accounts, personal brands or creator-led content platforms
* Advanced editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms
* Excellent copywriting, storytelling and content planning abilities
* Experience creating short-form video content including Reels, Stories and social-first content
* Strong understanding of social media trends, audience growth and engagement strategies
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Comfortable travelling and working flexibly around events, shoots and business commitments
* Professional, discreet and confident working with senior stakeholders or high-profile individuals
