We are on the lookout for an Exceptional Hospitality Recruiter to help us find top talent across the hospitality sector, including front of house, back of house, and, when needed, head office and retail. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Source hospitality talent through various channels including our careers website, job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases, and personal networks.
* Build talent pipelines using headhunting and talent pooling techniques.
* Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach.
* Represent us at careers fairs and hospitality events.
* Create compelling job adverts and support our digital careers content.
* Screen CVs and conduct structured initial interviews.
* Prepare well-matched shortlists for FOH, BOH, head office, and retail roles.
* Coordinate assessment days during peak hiring periods.
* Communicate clearly and promptly with all candidates.
* Schedule interviews across our fast-paced operational teams.
* Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records and documentation.
* Support a seamless transition from application to onboarding.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers across hospitality, retail, and head office.
* Champion the full utilization of our ATS system.
* Provide clear updates on candidate pipelines.
* Support briefings and represent the Talent Acquisition team when required.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in hospitality recruitment (agency or in-house).
* Strong skills in headhunting, talent pooling, and engaging passive candidates.
* Exceptional administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience in stakeholder management and business partnering.
* Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
* Tech-savvy and confident with ATS, sourcing tools, and CV databases.
* Fully proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Professional, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
