Your duties as a Conventional Machinist will include:
* Manufacturing carbon and stainless-steel flanges using conventional lathes.
* Tolerances are wider, up to +/- 1mm, rather than close tolerances like +/- .010”.
* Facing, edging, and boring profiled carbon steel blanks.
* Must be able to set up and operate independently, including selecting appropriate feeds and speeds for the lathe.
