Job Description:
* The role: Offering expert advice to clients on structuring their Will/Trusts/LPAs, ensuring compliance with current laws.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a bespoke and caring service.
* Making referrals for additional services, including Trusts, Life Insurance, LPAs, and related products.
* Prioritising work to meet deadlines and SLAs, and maintaining accurate legal records.
* Following up with clients post-meeting to gather outstanding information.
* Drafting and revising Wills and LPAs within SLAs.
* Responding to client calls and emails within SLAs.
* Preparing LPA forms and supporting submission & registration.
* Attending regional client meetings, with occasional overnight stays.
* Managing and reviewing your diary weekly.
* Opportunities for further development through external studies/qualifications after probation.
Experience, competencies, and knowledge required:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional client care.
* Ability to work well under pressure both independently and in a team.
* Experience in Financial Services such as Mortgages and Life Insurance.
* Desirable: A degree in law (not essential).
* Desirable: Experience in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning (not essential).
* STEP or CILEX qualification (or working towards), with training provided.
* Full UK driving license (car not required).
