Expert Property Care is excited to announce an opening for an experienced Claims Handler to join our Insurance Team and provide exceptional service to our insurance clients.
Role Responsibilities:
* Communicate with clients, addressing queries and providing necessary information
* Accept, raise, and manage work orders from clients
* Schedule appointments with residents/clients
* Work closely with the Contracts Manager to schedule operatives' work
* Work closely with surveyors and other claims handlers as part of a team
* Liaise with operatives and tradespeople to ensure smooth execution of work
* Keep client portals and internal systems updated with the current status of all claims
Requirements:
* GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
* Experience of working with Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in a similar role and/or knowledge of the building industry (preferred but not essential)
This position is based in Yateley, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
