Commercial Property Solicitor\n\nLeicester | Hybrid Working Available\n 3-5 PQE ideal, but all levels considered\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy and expanding Commercial Property department within a well-established commercial law firm based in Leicester.\n\nThe team advises a broad and high-quality client base, including national organisations and prominent regional businesses, on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. The work is varied and engaging, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions across multiple sectors.\n\nThe Role\n\nThe successful candidate will manage their own caseload of commercial property matters, including:\n\nFreehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals\n\nLandlord and tenant matters\n\nDrafting and negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation\n\nAdvising business clients on a range of commercial property issues\n\nYou will be expected to deliver a high standard of technical advice and client care, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
