Overview
Position: Service Care Centre Operator
Location: Kingdom Services Group Head Office, Newton-Le-Willows, Merseyside, WA12.
Hours: 40 hours per week, as per site rota (minimum one late shift per week)
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively contact customers and colleagues to support relationship management
* Own service requests through to resolution or appropriate escalation
* Maintain accurate, well-documented notes and records
* Comply with relevant “HOW we do business” process manuals
* Champion consistency, process compliance, and clear communication
* Support service desk operations and ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1-year experience in a service desk, helpdesk, or customer support role
* Logical and detail-oriented with a solution-first mindset
* Results-driven and focused on service outcomes
* Friendly and clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, responsive, and able to perform under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn internal systems
* Strong time management and task ownership
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
* Proven customer service and relationship-building abilities
