Job Title: Branch Administrator
Location: Shoreditch
Salary: up to £26,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:45am to 6pm and Fridays from 8:45am to 5pm

Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide full administrative support to the branch, including correspondence, filing, and diary management.
* Prepare property particulars, brochures, tenancy documentation, and related materials.
* Upload and maintain property listings across relevant portals and internal systems.
* Act as the first point of contact for clients via telephone, email, and in-person enquiries.
* Support consultants and management with marketing and deal progression, lettings administration, and general office duties.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including AML checks, Right to Rent, GDPR, and other legislation.
* Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Experience working within an estate agency, property management, or sales environment.
* Knowledge of property software/CRM systems (e.g., Reapit or similar).
* Familiarity with estate agency processes (sales progression, tenancy agreements, property marketing).
* Understanding of compliance requirements (AML, Right to Rent, GDPR).
* Experience preparing property marketing materials and uploading to major portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket).
