Job Description


You’ll be the go-to person for all things commission-related, supporting our Sales teams and leaders, answering queries, improving processes, and helping everyone work smarter with the tools and data available.

This isn’t just an admin role, it’s about building relationships, spotting patterns, and becoming a trusted partner to the people who drive our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Acting as the main contact for Sales teams and leaders for all commission-related questions
* Investigating and triaging queries, resolving what you can and escalating where needed
* Identifying trends in queries and data to suggest smarter, more efficient processes
* Helping Sales colleagues understand and use reports and data sources more effectively
* Building strong relationships to support collaboration and empower teams to self-serve

Qualifications


The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

* Ability to stay cool under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* First-class communication skills and confidence working with people from all walks of life
* A proactive, positive attitude, always looking for better ways to get things done
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* A sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right
* Team spirit, you're hands-on, helpful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
