* I am looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a minimum of five years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Change Analysis within a technical environment. You should have proven experience in building and executing engineering requirements, and be familiar with SCRUM methodologies. A strong knowledge of generating process documentation, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is essential. Additionally, you must possess excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret end-user requirements accurately. Attention to detail is key, as we focus on delivering the right outputs the first time.
Responsibilities:
* As a Technical Business Analyst, your main duties will include establishing collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across the business and the programme. You will contribute to the overall communication and engagement plan, devising and distributing relevant communications. You will provide key stakeholders with platforms to contribute to the development of technical solutions, and will elicit, validate, prioritize, and manage both Functional and Non-Functional Requirements. Further responsibilities include collating, analyzing, and producing As-Is and To-Be Process Maps, and completing gap analyses to inform requirements and training. You will also support the production of testing documentation, which includes Master Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Cases, and work closely with the Business Transformation and Change Management departments to produce training materials.

This role is offered as a contract position (inside IR35) at market rate for an initial period of 5 months, with the opportunity for extension. The GIS Transformation Programme spans multiple business areas and will impact thousands of users. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that these users are informed, engaged, and prepared for the deployment of new systems and applications, thereby championing their perspectives throughout the technical development, testing, and implementation of the new GIS system.
