As a Junior Sous Chef, you will receive:
Salary: £34923 per annum plus Tronc

The ideal candidate for the Junior Sous Chef role will:
Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
Build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly

Have previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
