Our work touches the lives of millions of people. WTW Outsourcing Business is dedicated to helping our clients deliver excellent experience to the members of their pension schemes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join WTW’s Outsourcing Business as a Senior Pension Calculation Analyst within the Business Solutions team of our Outsourcing Business Technology function. You’ll work alongside a talented group of onshore and offshore specialists, supporting a diverse portfolio of Defined Benefit (DB) occupational pension schemes.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical expertise in DB pensions, ideally with experience in areas such as manual calculations, automated calculations, complex calculations like - barber period calculations, guaranteed minimum pensions (GMP), GMP Equalisation, and related complexities. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on capability, taking the lead on complex work, guiding and mentoring colleagues, and helping shape scalable solutions for the future.
