Job Function
1. Effectively manage the existing team of Industrial Consultants
2. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure goals are achieved
3. Ensure effective candidate attraction and retention
4. Identify and secure new business opportunities
5. Maintain and grow existing business relationships
6. Take full responsibility for the branch's P&L
7. Ensure compliance procedures are followed
Person Specification
* Proven experience in Recruitment with knowledge of the Industrial Sector
* Sales-oriented and results-driven
* Up-to-date with current recruitment legislation and compliance
* Ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
* Motivational and leadership skills
