We are currently seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our prestigious Permanence Team based in Ellesmere Port. About the Role – Social Worker As a Social Worker - (Children’s and Families) within our Permanence Team, your primary responsibilities will include supporting children and families through complex cases, ensuring effective permanency planning, and safeguarding children in care. You will work in close collaboration with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality services that promote stability and positive outcomes for children. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience within a Permanence Team or working directly with Children in Care.
