About Our Client
Our client is based in Stockbridge, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
* Processing purchase and sales invoices
* Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
* Assisting with month-end procedures
* Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
* Preparing payment runs and handling petty cash
* Supporting the preparation of VAT returns
* Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
* Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role- you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.
