This role is based in our broadcast studios in Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 9HF and the successful candidate must be comfortable with the location and working on site – our role is completely office based Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (no working from home).

We are looking for a Post Production Editor/Videographer dedicated to captivating audiences through creative video output, educational content, and immersive storytelling. We create engaging experiences that build excitement, promote upcoming shows, and expand our brand across multiple platforms.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Post Production Content Editor to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw footage into captivating content that promotes upcoming shows, educates viewers, and aligns with our brand’s voice and vision. You will be required to film content for product launches and on-air guests/brands. Your work will directly contribute to audience growth, brand expansion, and the delivery of high-quality, compelling content across multiple platforms. The business is very fast paced, with quick turnarounds required. The ideal candidate must be able to work pro actively and with short deadlines.

Accountable For: Key Tasks/Results/Objectives:

Proactively communicate with the sales team to understand priorities, product focuses, and promotions.

• Deliver high-quality, engaging video content that highlights product benefits and customer value to support sales conversations and drive conversions.

• Adapt content style and messaging to align with sales goals and customer profiles.

• Consistently produce visually and emotionally engaging content that aligns with brand standards and captures viewer attention across platforms.

• Implement creative storytelling, pacing, graphics, and music to enhance audience retention.

• Stay updated on trends and platform preferences to maintain relevance and freshness in content style.

• Create diverse content formats, including product showcases, educational clips, sizzle reels, short social cuts, and longer-form educational or promotional videos.

• Adjust output to align with seasonal campaigns, brand storytelling, and ongoing marketing initiatives.

• Ensure content variety supports different channels (on-air, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, website )effectively


• Plan and execute filming sessions with presenters, guests, and customers, ensuring clear audio, framing, and lighting.

• Capture B-roll and interview content to support storytelling objectives.

• Edit footage into polished, platform-ready pieces that reflect brand tone

• Integrate relevant stock footage, animations, or AI-generated content to enhance storytelling, fill content gaps, and add production value.

• Ensure all additional content used aligns with licensing agreements and brand guidelines.

• Propose creative concepts and video ideas that align with sales priorities, marketing campaigns, and brand goals.

• Research competitors and industry trends to generate fresh content ideas.

• Present concepts to the sales, social, or marketing teams for alignment and scheduling.

• Draft clear, engaging scripts to accompany visuals, ensuring messaging aligns with business objectives.

• Record professional-quality voiceovers or coordinate with presenters to record as needed.

• Edit and sync voiceovers seamlessly within the video timeline.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Use project management tools or internal systems to track content from concept through delivery.

• Proactively communicate capacity and timelines with team members to align priorities.

• Attend regular planning meetings with sales and social teams to align on content priorities, timelines, and campaigns.

• Adjust content calendar based on shifting business needs and feedback from stakeholders.

• Foster collaborative working relationships to ensure content meets the objectives of all relevant departments.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition) or equivalent editing software.

• Strong video editing skills, including pacing, narrative flow, and visual storytelling.

• Basic motion graphics and animation skills to enhance video content.

• Color correction and audio mixing capabilities for polished final outputs.

• Ability to film with cameras, including framing, lighting, and capturing clean audio.

• Understanding of social media platform requirements (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and content optimization.

• Scripting and voiceover recording skills for clear, engaging narration.

• Creative thinking for concept development and problem-solving in edits.

• Attention to detail to ensure brand consistency and high-quality outputs.

• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Collaborative communication skills for working with sales, social, and marketing teams.

• Adaptability to adjust content quickly based on feedback and shifting business needs.

• Familiarity with using stock footage libraries and AI content tools to enhance content.

• Basic project management skills to track progress and manage assets efficiently.


Salary offered - £25,000 per annum work Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (no working from home).
