Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a committed and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our Primary Specialist Resource Provision (SRP). The role involves working closely with a dedicated team to deliver a personalised, child-centred curriculum that supports individual learning needs. The SRP primarily supports pupils with SEMH needs, and will involve working one-to-one or in small groups. Responsibilities include demonstrating empathy, resilience and a trauma-informed approach as pupils may present with complex behaviours.

Requirements and Qualifications
* Experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant or equivalent in a SEND setting is desirable
* Ability to work with SEMH needs, with one-to-one and small group delivery
* Empathy, resilience and a trauma-informed approach
