Part-Time ESOL Tutor – Oxfordshire
Location: Oxfordshire (various locations across the county)
Hours: Part-time (flexible schedule available)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate of £25 - £35 per hour
About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Part-Time ESOL Tutor to deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students across Oxfordshire. You’ll play a vital role in supporting learners to build their language skills, confidence, and independence in their communities, workplaces, and everyday life.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver ESOL sessions to learners at varying levels
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of individuals and groups
* Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
* Assess progress and support learners to achieve their goals
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience teaching ESOL
* Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
* Flexibility to travel within Oxfordshire
Desirable Skills
* Ability to deliver both in-person and remote sessions
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
