Job Description
This is a shift work position based on 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday, based at Lower Windsor Avenue, Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Key Duties:
Dealing with email orders and telephone orders, inbound and outbound
Record all requests accurately from customers and enter details on to a database
Process orders for delivery
Communicate effectively with all customers and clients
General clerical and administration duties
Candidates must be eligible to work in Northern Ireland
Required Skills:
Candidates are expected to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and have the ability to multi task in a busy office environment.
Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin
Cantonese would be advantageous
Professional telephone manner
Strong computer proficiency and good knowledge of Excel
Excellent team player
Proactive approach to the working environment
Good time management
Attention to detail

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
