Job Title: Activities Co-ordinator
Join HC-One as an Activities Co-ordinator, where kindness is at the heart of everything we do. Our focus is on providing exceptional care in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes, with a commitment to treating Residents as individuals with unique stories.
Role Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement engaging activities that delight our Residents.
2. Assist the Home Manager in organizing fundraising events.
3. Encourage Residents to socialise and participate in hobbies, fostering confidence and community involvement.
4. Collaborate with the care team to promote meaningful activities and interactions.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with vulnerable individuals, particularly in developing activity programmes.
* Positive energy, excellent planning, organisational, and IT skills.
* Ability to communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
* Understanding of safeguarding practices and the ability to recognize signs of abuse or neglect, with a willingness to undertake relevant training.
