Overview
At Zaha Hadid Architects, we are seeking a Hospitality Manager to join our London team on a permanent contract. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the presentation of the office to the highest hospitality and corporate standard, including the dressing of the spaces, cleanliness of the office spaces, and service standards for external and internal events. In this role you will work closely with Housekeeping, Facilities, Reception and Events.
Main responsibilities
1. Responsible for the excellent presentation of our office spaces and gallery.
2. Managing and coaching the service and reception teams to ensure we deliver an exceptional quality of service, in line with the culture and standards of ZHA.
3. Setting standards of service delivery for service staff at ZHA.
4. Ensuring meeting rooms are always setup efficiently and maintained clean and tidy when meetings are finished.
5. Working closely with the Facilities team to coordinate and monitor the correct use and operations of ZHA facilities.
6. Responsible for reinforcing ZHA Office Protocol.
7. Coordinating budget for procurement of stock needed to facilitate the smooth operations of the office and internal/external events ( crockery, furniture, appliances, etc.).
8. Able to make suggestions on catering and setup solutions, as needed for events and meetings.
9. Line managing the housekeeping team.
10. Working closely with the Communications Team, Programme Coordinator, and Architects to deliver exceptional experiences at ZHA events. This includes to manage the budget/catering for those events.
11. Responsible for the impeccable and timely presentation of all spaces including but not limited to arrangement of books, periodicals, flowers, cutlery, furniture arrangement, cleanliness.
12. Knowledgeable and up to date on the latest trends and best practice standards in the industry.
13. Coordinating with the Archive team on exhibitions and displays.
14. Events will include: client meetings, client presentations, office events, team events, public facing talks, catered receptions.
