Litigation Solicitor, 1+ PQE, Sommerset, GBP 40,000 to GBP 60,000 DOE.
The role is to support the Partner in managing a high‑volume caseload while effectively managing your own matters, ensuring all work is conducted in line with company policies and procedures. Generous salaries, productive working environment, inspiring peer group and a caring culture.
The Role
* Undertake all aspects of litigation work (excluding criminal matters) with a primary focus on residential eviction matters.
* Prepare affidavits, injunctions, statements, notices, applications, pleadings and other legal documents.
* Obtain, review and analyse evidence and witness statements.
* Prepare briefs for Counsel and compile document bundles.
* Assist with financial management of matters.
* Keep clients informed throughout the process and address concerns promptly.
* Maintain high levels of organisation and efficiency across all responsibilities.
