Cover Supervisor – Berkshire (Immediate Start)

Contract: Full-time | Term-time
Salary: £95–£150 per day (experience dependent)
About the Role
We are recruiting a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor to support a secondary school in Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or candidates with school experience who want to gain classroom exposure before moving into teaching. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise classes during teacher absences and deliver pre-set work.
* Maintain a calm, supportive learning environment.
* Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
* Assist with lesson transitions, admin tasks, and general classroom support.
