Business Development & Partnerships Manager (Self-Employed, Up to 50 Hours/Month)

Tellus Mater, a niche wild food, nature and well-being business, is seeking an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive corporate bookings and develop aligned brand collaborations.
This is a commercially focused role for someone confident in outreach, relationship-building, and converting conversations into measurable opportunities.
Scope of the Role:
Identify and approach high-value corporate clients
Initiate and manage outreach via email and telephone
Develop strategic, values-aligned brand partnerships
Support growth of Tellus Mater products (including Larder Cloths) through market research, trend awareness, and partnership opportunities
Assist with outreach to publishers, agents, or aligned platforms in support of book pitching and media opportunities
Track leads, conversations, and outcomes using structured reporting
Attend in-person strategy sessions approximately every 4–6 weeks
Tellus Mater has previously collaborated with brands including bibigo, Bamix, and As Above Jewellery. The goal is to expand high-quality corporate and brand partnerships.
Essential Requirements:
Proven track record in business development or partnership acquisition
Confident and professional on the telephone
Strong commercial awareness and persuasive written communication
Able to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes
Based in Northamptonshire or surrounding counties
Comfortable using Outlook and Excel for structured tracking
The Offer:
£38.50 per hour
Up to 50 hours per month, agreed in advance and invoiced for work completed
Self-employed basis
