Job Description
Our valued client, a trusted partner of the UK Ministry of Defence, is seeking an experienced Quality Capability Development professional. In this role, you will guide, coach, and support the implementation of improvement initiatives across the organisation. You'll play a key role in embedding quality models and techniques to drive efficiencies in resource use, lead-time, error reduction, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive quality performance across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Programmes throughout all National Companies (NatCos).
* Lead and guide cross-functional and pan-NatCo improvement initiatives to enhance our client's operational excellence.
* Deliver training and coaching on business improvement tools and methodologies to build internal capability.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in the application of continuous improvement techniques and frameworks.
* Champion the deployment of performance improvement strategies within Quality and the wider business, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all NatCos.
