We’re Hiring: Archiving Support Coordinator – 2-Month Contract with BP

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a short-term opportunity with a global organisation? BP is seeking an Archiving Support Coordinator to join our Operations & Advisory team. This role will play a key part in supporting our records management and ensuring smooth transition of physical files into secure storage.


What you’ll be doing:

* Reviewing and sorting physical documents and files
* Identifying which documents require scanning and which do not
* Organising and boxing files for secure transfer to Iron Mountain
* Labelling and documenting archived materials accurately
* Handling confidential information with care
* Working closely with internal teams to clarify document requirements


What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in administration, records management, or archiving
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Comfortable handling physical files in an office environment
* Basic IT skills (Excel, email) for tracking and reporting
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
