Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: join the ranks of piercing experts through comprehensive training. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address customer questions and concerns throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: maintain an attractive store with displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
* Team Collaboration: support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe for customers and coworkers.
* Brand Representation: showcase Claire's products and services, stay updated on fashion and social media trends, and help customers find their style while boosting sales.
* Store Operations: oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotions to reflect Claire’s fun and joyful brand.
* Create Shareable Moments: encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases on social media.
About You
* Sales-Obsessed Energy: you love the thrill of making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.
* Social & Digital Savvy: you understand trends and how to translate them into a great customer experience.
* Customer-First Mentality: you help people feel confident and empowered.
* Retail & Leadership Skills: at least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
* Ready to Hustle: you’re organized, self-motivated, and always looking to level up.
Job Requirements
* You can conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
* Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales.
* Completed some high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
* You can stand during shifts and handle 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
* You can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
* You are passionate about providing customers with opportunities to express themselves daily.
* You are energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service.
* You align with our values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
* Good mathematical skills for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
* You are a driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* You may need to work alone at times and stay organized and self-motivated.
* You show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with trends to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
* You can create a curated fashion look with products during your shift.
