At DXC, one of our platinum accounts has openings Service Managers for varying skill levels. The successful candidate will work within multiple teams and will be enthusiastic and reliable with a positive attitude. Your role will include managing business processes and aiming to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing and maintaining excellent services.
Role Responsibilities
* Finding innovative ways to develop strategies whilst following the standard procedures
* Working in an Agile manner
* Reviewing all aspects of incident, problem, and change management
* Managing risks and resources
* Overseeing and implementing improvements to the ITSM framework and delivery platform
What You Will Bring To The Team
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* An ability to use your own initiative whilst taking responsibility
* Eagerness to improve
* Good communication skills, being able to impart your own knowledge and listen to others
* Agility and an ability to adapt to changing situations
Desirable Skills and Technologies
* Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of higher education and experience
* Experience working with company products and operating systems
* Knowledge and/or experience of Agile and Scrum Methodologies
* Entry-level certification(s) in work field (eg. ITIL)
* Some previous relevant experience (service delivery, customer service, people management)
