Role Summary Reporting to an Associate Research Director or a Research Director, a Research Manager is the primary contact for client communication before/during/after projects and owns and delivers full research projects. We are looking for a Sensory Research Manager to reinforce our Sensory Research team in Rennes on a full-time permanent contract. Within the SAM Sensory Team regrouping several Research Managers, Panel Leaders and Technicians, you will be in charge of managing sensory projects and an ad'hoc expert panel for several clients. Your Sensory Research Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to Client Management – Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and building strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. Project Leadership – Independently manage and coordinate research projects from brief to delivery, including proposal writing, methodology selection, budgeting, and quality assurance. Insight Delivery – Prepare and present reports with clear storytelling and recommendations; moderate expert panels for training and evaluation when required. Strategic Alignment – Ensure all projects adhere to company guidelines and contribute to business objectives. Collaboration – Work closely with data analysis, sensory, and fieldwork teams to ensure seamless execution and share feedback on client needs and revenue opportunities. Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of industry experience in market research and/or sensory research Knowledge of food and/or personal care / OTC pharma products, quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies and statistics.
