Are you a Maternity Support Worker who is passionate about improving maternity care?
You will support the maternity practice education team to lead change and achieve the highest standard of safe care for women and families through effective delivery of recruitment, retention, education, and support programs.
As part of this team, you will contribute to the future development of the maternity service, focusing on the maternity support worker and healthcare assistant roles.
Essential Criteria:
* GCSE Maths & English grade 4-9 or grade C or above, or level 2 functional skills in maths and English
* BNCS or NVQ 2 / Internal Level 2 training in Health and Social Care (including work-based assessments). Online-only qualifications are not accepted.

Role Responsibilities:
* Provide accessible and bespoke pastoral support to the HSA/MSW workforce, developing support networks and clinical support as needed.
* Support continuous professional development by facilitating relevant education programs, including training, induction, and developmental activities.
* Assist the workforce in career progression through education and mentoring.
* Help the maternity education team maintain the training matrix, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education, and perform administrative tasks.
