We are T H White Construction and have been serving our customers across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and North Somerset for over 40 years. Our range of construction plant and machinery equipment covers new and used excavators, wheel loaders, dump trucks and telehandlers.
We’re recruiting a Senior Sales Leader who is excited to take the helm, but also remain hands on with a responsibility for their own territory. There’s a great deal of variety with a blend of hands-on sales, divisional leadership and strategic decision making. This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished Sales Manager or Sales Director to step into a profitable, well-run and stable company, with the freedom to shape a blank canvas, drive growth, and carve out a clear path to future progression.
A senior package, negotiable at interview depending on experience, is available for the right candidate.
Role requirements
* A proven track-record of delivery in our market, i.e. (Head of Sales, Senior Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager) - selling construction machinery such as excavators, dumpers, loaders etc.
* Current leadership experience with evidence of motivating, supporting and developing sales professionals successfully.
* Commercially astute mindset, data-driven, and confident in strategic decision-making and pricing.
* Live within a reasonable commute of our divisional head office based in Stourport.
