Overview
We are seeking a hardworking, reliable and experienced 2 stroke, handheld Machinery Engineer for our Chudleigh depot. Are you looking for a secure career with the potential for development. This role will be working on a variety of equipment, both in workshop and on customer premises.
Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on Garden Machinery equipment.
* Perform pre-delivery set up on new or used equipment.
* Completion of job-related administration and reports (job cards/DTAC/ digital timesheets etc).
* Maintain a tidy and organised workstation.
* Competent to carry out vehicle diagnostics.
* Follow company health & safety rules.
* Undertake training.
* Confident in the use of IT.
* Ability to work with the latest industry technologies.
Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Vehicle driving licence.
* Ideally familiar with John Deere, Stihl and competitive products.
* Excellent communication skills
