Role: Paint Sprayer
Location: Cheltenham
£27,000
Monday to Friday
6.30am - 3.15pm with an early finish on Fridays

This market leading engineering company are recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join their site in Cheltenham. The company manufacture and supply a range of specialist products to various industries across the globe.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Spraying medical, oil & gas, FMCG and aerospace parts to the highest standard
* Prepping, masking, sanding, and detailing surfaces for flawless finishes
* Carrying out all aspects of paint preparation, spraying, and polishing to a high standard
* Working independently and within a team to meet strict deadlines
* Quality checking and packing finished components
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer would be beneficial but full training will be provided
* Previous experience in an engineering or production environment
* Quality focused
* A passion for precision & craftsmanship
